- The exchange will only proceed after our team reviews the videos and verifies the issue.
- Products eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Certain products may not qualify for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions, clearly stated at the time of purchase.
